Dan L. Andrews, GRI, RAM, ACP, President of Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC, developed the Approved Commercial Professional™ (ACP) Commercial Training Program. The ACP Commercial Training program is taught in the United States and Canada through Boards of REALTORS® and is licensed by Denver based RE/MAX, LLC to train its 110,000 global agents. Andrews’ two publications, How to Successfully List and Sell Commercial Real Estate and Guide to Leasing Commercial Property are sold through RE/MAX, LLC and Boards of REALTORS®. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and is a former adjunct faculty member and past director of the University of Michigan Extension Service Real Estate Education Program. About The Guest Appraiser
Gerald Hendry, MAI, CCIM is a fifth generation Floridian and a native of Fort Myers. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in finance from the University of Florida. He continued on to earn his Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida. Gerald began his professional career within the appraisal industry in 1994 and is currently a managing partner of Maxwell, Hendry & Simmons. In addition to his appraisal certification, Gerald holds a real estate broker license. He possesses an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.
He specializes in complex income producing properties, real estate consulting, and litigation related appraisals and support services. Moreover, his expertise includes forensic valuation work for eminent domain, zoning matters, family law, foreclosure/deficiency actions, bankruptcy, VAB appeals, and general civil litigation.
